About SMEs Acceleration Program
The SMEs Acceleration Program supports operational small and medium-sized enterprises in Kampong Chhnang, Kampong Cham, and Kampong Thom to strengthen their businesses and prepare for sustainable growth.
Through five months of hands-on expert guidance, practical training, business diagnostics, and peer learning, participating SMEs improve their management practices, productivity, and long-term planning.
Program Journey
The SMEs Acceleration Program combines practical learning with a foundational business curriculum that helps businesses reflect, identify, practice, and take action on its most important needs and take realistic steps toward growth.
1. Diagnose Business Needs
Participating SMEs take part in diagnostic sessions to assess their current business performance, identify challenges, and define priorities for improvement.
2. Strengthen Core Business Skills
Through practical masterclasses, participants build essential skills in areas such as finance, human resources, operations, sales, digital marketing, product quality, innovation, and long-term planning.
3. Improve Business Performance
Participants apply what they learn to strengthen productivity, improve internal systems, and develop clear strategies for scaling their businesses.
4. Build Connections
The program creates opportunities for SMEs to connect with fellow entrepreneurs, share experiences, explore partnerships, and also gain access to a broader network of ecosystem actors, including Khmer Enterprise, Swisscontact, Impact Hub Phnom Penh, business trainers, and relevant stakeholders who can support their growth journey.
5. Showcase Business Progress
Participating SMEs gain visibility through events, networks, and social media platforms, helping them reach new audiences and present their growth journey.
