Memberships & Pricing
We have four monthly tiers, each designed for a different stage of your journey:
- Sprout ($40/month): Part-time access, 2.5 days a week on a hot desk. A good fit for freelancers, side projects, or anyone who just needs a few days a week out of the home office.
- Growth ($70/month): Full-time, 5 days a week on a hot desk. Built for founders, creators, and teams who want to be surrounded by other people doing the work.
- Rooted ($130/month): 5 days a week with your own fixed desk and locker (when available). For those settling in for the long haul and ready to call this place home base.
- Steward ($200/month): Our organizational membership, with a fixed desk, locker, flexible team access, and the chance to host one event per semester.
Steward memberships belong to the organization rather than a single person, which means your team can share and swap who uses the desk on any given day. It’s especially useful for organizations whose staff are often in and out of the field.
Yes! Our (Re)founding Member offer gives you 10% off for your first 12 months if you’re one of the first 20 members or join before 30 June 2026. That brings Sprout down to $36, Growth to $63, and Rooted to $117 per month. It requires a 3-month minimum upfront, the rate stays locked for a year as long as your membership remains continuous, and it renews at the standard rate after year one. Steward memberships aren’t eligible for this one.
We also run promotions throughout the year, so keep an eye on our social media channels to catch them as they come up.
Not at all. You’re welcome to join for a single month if that’s what suits you. The (Re)founding Member rate is the only exception, since it requires 3 months upfront.
Sprout, Growth, and Rooted are personal memberships, valid for one person only. If you have a team, the Steward tier is the one built for shared access.
What's Included
Every tier includes a few things we think make a real difference:
- Global Passport. Work from other Impact Hubs and community partner spaces around the world for free, up to 3 days per location, per year.
- Free or discounted access to workshops, talks, and networking events hosted by our community.
- Community and partner network access, including introductions to entrepreneurs, innovators, and ecosystem partners.
- The essentials: reliable wifi, coffee, tea, snacks, and good company.
- Coming soon: coffee partner discounts and virtual office services.
Each tier comes with a weekly allowance: 1 hour for Sprout, 2 for Growth, 3 for Rooted, and 4 for Steward. You can book through our online platform, and additional hours are available at $12 each. The space runs on trust, so we ask members to use their allocation considerately. Consistent overuse will be billed.
Yes, every tier comes with a weekly printing allowance. Sprout members get 15 pages a week, Growth gets 20, Rooted gets 25, and Steward gets 30.
Lockers come standard with Rooted and Steward memberships. If you’re on Sprout or Growth, you can add one as an extra.
Yes, and they scale with your tier: 12% for Sprout, 13% for Growth, 15% for Rooted, and 20% for Steward.
Access & Hours
We’re open Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Our team is on-site during core staffed hours of 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and from 6 to 8 PM the space runs as a self-serve environment.
Not at the moment. We’re closed Saturdays and Sundays.
Yes, we close for Cambodian public holidays so our team can rest, recharge, and fully embrace what makes Cambodia, Cambodia.
For the longer holidays like Khmer New Year, Pchum Ben, Water Festival, and the Winter Holidays, you can expect us to be closed for around a week. We’ll always announce these well in advance so you can plan around them.
For shorter, mostly one-day holidays, closures depend on staffing. Sometimes we’ll stay open, sometimes we won’t, but you’ll always get a heads-up either way.
We have limited motorbike parking on-site, first-come first-served. There’s no car parking available, and street parking is at your own risk.

Payments
Invoices go out at the start of each month and are due within 7 business days. You can pay by ABA, other bank transfer, or cash. Your first month is due at signup, prorated if you’re starting mid-month.
Your first late payment comes with no penalty, since we know life happens. A second late payment incurs a 10% penalty, and a third results in termination of membership. If you’re going through a tough time, please talk to us. We’d much rather work something out together than have it get to that point.
Just give us a heads-up by the last day of the month (though a week earlier is even better) and we’ll apply your change to the following month’s invoice. If you reach out after that, no need to stress, the change will simply kick in the month after.
You can pause your membership for up to 3 months. If you’re not quite ready to come back by then, it’ll be cancelled automatically, but you’re always welcome to rejoin whenever the time feels right.
The Global Network
The Global Passport connects you to 130+ Impact Hubs across 60+ countries. As a member, you can work from any participating Hub or community partner space for free, up to 3 days per location, per year. Travelling for work or just passing through somewhere new? You’ve got a desk waiting almost anywhere in the world.
Community
Not at all. We’re a community of entrepreneurs, creatives, techies, and impact-makers working on the Sustainable Development Goals in Cambodia, and we’ve been supporting Cambodia’s impact ecosystem for over a decade. The desk is really just where it starts.
A regular mix of workshops, skill sessions, talks, and networking events, and members get free or discounted access to most of them. Occasionally an event will take over the coworking area, and when that happens we’ll give at least 24 hours notice and do our best to help you find alternative space within the building.
Sustainability & House Rules
We’re a non-profit social enterprise and reinvest profits into our social mission. We operate plastic-free wherever we can, source locally, set the AC to 24°C for energy efficiency, and try to put people and the environment before profit in everything we do.
Smoking isn’t permitted anywhere on the premises. Alcohol is allowed with prior approval, and as long as it’s enjoyed responsibly.

Absolutely, we’d love that. Come say hello and take a tour, and we’ll set it all up. You’re even welcome to work from the space for a day at no cost, so you can get a real feel for the community before deciding.
Not individual ones at the moment. We will soon be offering day pass packs, though, for folks who want flexible drop-in access without a full monthly membership. Let us know if you’d like a heads-up when they launch.
