The program aims to strengthen the operational capacity of cultural organizations by providing tailored support in areas such as portfolio design, finances, operations, and team leadership. Through a series of intensive bootcamps, personalized mentoring, and speed-mentoring sessions, Chakto helps participants refine their vision, structure their portfolio of offers, strengthen their financial models, and enhance their organizational impact. Key outcomes of the program
One highlight from the program is the Speed Mentoring session, as it offered diverse perspectives from different sectors—corporate, non-profit, and creative industries—enabling participants to communicate their value propositions more effectively. Participants, like those from Acting Art Academy and Kampu Mera, expressed how the program helped them break down overwhelming tasks into actionable steps, boosting their confidence to tackle future challenges.
Others, such as Sna Art Management and Khmer Art Action, emphasized how the program encouraged them to balance passion with financial sustainability, a perspective that had previously been overlooked. Ultimately, the program empowered participants to make informed decisions, plan strategically, and implement changes that will ensure the long-term success and sustainability of their organizations.
