A BIT ABOUT ME 🌟
Hi! This is Thida👋, I am someone who really likes hearing people’s stories. I’m always curious about where people come from, what they care about, and what made them who they are today. I guess that’s also why I enjoy working with young people and being involved in different communities.
At Impact Hub Phnom Penh, I work on youth related projects, helping with coordination, activities, and all the small things that need to happen behind the scenes to make things run smoothly. My background is in Accounting and Finance, but along the way, I somehow found myself getting more involved in youth programs, events, and community work.
I’m still figuring out what I want to do long-term, but I know I want to keep learning, meeting people, and trying things that are a little outside my comfort zone.
WHAT I’M PASSIONATE ABOUT 🤪
- I love listening to people talk about their lives, experiences, random thoughts, and everything in between. I feel like everyone has a story worth hearing. 💭
- I go by the motto of “ Say yes before knowing how”, and it has gotten me into some stressful situations, but also some of my favorite experiences. 👻
- This is probably the first year I can confidently say I’ve actually found a group of friends, which sounds a little sad, but it’s true, and I am VERY happy about it. We love playing board games together, especially Catan. At this point, they always say, “If there’s Catan, there’s Thida.” 🎲
