I am an autodidact and life-long learner and supporter of impact makers in the field of social entrepreneurship, agriculture, and environment. My life philosophy is to go through the necessary growths and discoveries as I offer my service in helping rural youth and smallholder farmers rise out of poverty and lead fulfilling lives in harmony with nature. Hello, It’s me! I’m Lyly, a program officer in the Entrepreneurship Department at Impact Hub Phnom Penh. My mission is to deliver high-quality entrepreneur support programs, coordinate and liaise with diverse stakeholders, and foster collaboration and innovation to drive program success. Before joining Impact Hub Phnom Penh, I worked as a project coordination intern with a few institutions and organizations supporting administrative work, event organisation, project operations, and fun activities!

Nice to meet you! I am a seasoned entrepreneur and business advisor who has launched businesses myself and for others, raised funds, grown companies, and exited investments. I have practical experience in the United States and Cambodia having run businesses in both countries, worked in private equity in Cambodia, and worked in nonprofit institutions to support small businesses under Goldman Sachs and the Small Business Development Centers in the United States.
