A BIT ABOUT ME 🥳
Hello! Hello! At heart, I find meaning in working with people to get them to explore what the following questions means to them: “Who are you? Who do you want to become? How will you use your time here to get there?”. In my work, I aspire to center joy, laughter, wonder, and play, in all that I, and my team, do; moving towards collective liberation requires us all to center these aspects of humanity in our work. This is culture-changing work. I hold these values to be unmovable.
Prior to joining Impact Hub Phnom Penh, I worked in higher education where I optimized workflows, managed cross-functional teams, and collaborated with faculty and staff to create and implement programs designed to boost student engagement and success. At IHPP, I support our people, culture, and community-building efforts and manage our space operations within the Space4Impact team. As a team, we are champions and stewards of our co-working space, impact product shop, storytelling museum, and office and venue rental endeavours.
WHAT I’M PASSIONATE ABOUT 🌇
- Asking thought-provoking questions to unlock the motivations of those around me and synthesizing both their spoken and unspoken desires and interests.
- Building and maintaining coalitions and relationships as a tool for collective visioning and co-creating.
- Serving others by being an empathic thought partner and helping find success by walking alongside them to get to their ’yes’.
- Taking in the sunset.
