The official launch of Levela!

While young people under the age of 30 make up an incredible two-thirds of the country’s population, only 18% of Cambodian adults are considered financially literate. This means a massive portion of the population is entering the economy without basic money management skills. As digital financial services rapidly expand across the country, equipping young adults with the practical knowledge to manage money confidently and navigate digital risks is no longer just a benefit—it is essential for Cambodia’s future.

Levela bridges this gap by providing bite-sized, practical learning modules covering essential topics, including Budgeting & Cash Flow Management, Saving & Emergency Funds, Credit & Debt Management, Risk Management & Insurance, Goal Setting & Financial Planning, and Fraud Prevention & Digital Security. Beyond theory, the app helps users put concepts into practice and build lifelong financial habits.
