Solution Background

Mental health among Cambodian youth is often overlooked, with many young people struggling in silence due to stigma, limited awareness, and a lack of safe spaces for open discussion.

To address this challenge, Hyper Healer developed two interactive card games—Hyper Healer Card and J.O.Y Card—to encourage self-reflection, meaningful conversations, and peer support. About Hyper Healer Card

The Hyper Healer Card is a reflective conversation card game designed to encourage self-awareness, positive dialogue, and stronger interpersonal connections. Each set contains 40 cards:

  • 30 Self-Reflection Questions that encourage participants to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences.
  • 10 Motivational Quotes that inspire encouragement, hope, and positivity.

The game is recommended for 5-6 participants and typically lasts 45–60 minutes, depending on the depth of discussion. It can be used during social gatherings, school activities, team sessions, trips, or casual meetups to create meaningful conversations beyond digital screens.

About J.O.Y Card

J.O.Y Card is a team-building conversation game designed to help coworkers break the ice, build trust, and strengthen workplace relationships. Each set includes 50 cards and one dice featuring:

  • 15 Personal Questions that help participants learn more about one another.
  • 15 General Questions that spark light-hearted discussions and new perspectives.
  • 20 Truth-or-Dare Challenges that bring energy, fun, and engagement to team interactions.
