A BIT ABOUT ME 🐣🐤🐥
In both life and work, my core values are freedom, understanding, and fairness. My personal mission is to deconstruct structural oppression and systemic inequalities toward a world of inclusion and social justice for all.
At Impact Hub Phnom Penh, my work includes research about inclusive entrepreneurship support ecosystem, project monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL), alongside organization-wide impact measurement and management (IMM). I am keen on leveraging knowledge, data, and empirical evidence to contribute to informed and strategic decision-making.
My professional and academic experiences include policy research and analysis, project monitoring and evaluation, and capacity building for rightsholder groups, including ethnic/racial minorities and the LGBTQ+ community. I earned an M.A. in Sustainable International Development from the Heller School for Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University and a B.A. in Global Studies at Bridgewater College.
WHAT I’M PASSIONATE ABOUT 🙈🙉🙊
- I’m especially interested in evaluation and data management methods that are participatory and grounded in equity. I’m a big advocate for the rights of ethnic minority groups, Indigenous Peoples, and the queer community.
- I love my two cats, Tofu and Cappuccino, and I’m learning Mandarin!
