A BIT ABOUT ME 🌟
I am an ecosystem builder, storyteller, and program designer. I believe in the power of impact entrepreneurship and innovation to shape new stakeholder-driven economic models for our society. I got the chance to join Impact Hub Phnom Penh in 2015 as one of the first employees. Over the years, I have been mentoring and emotionally supporting over 600 entrepreneurs. During that time, I learned insights related to their pain points and dreams that informed our program designs and advocacy efforts to build a more supportive ecosystem. I took over the leadership of Impact Hub Phnom Penh in 2022, and I am now leading our growth strategies to scale and strengthen our impact across the country through meaningful partnerships. I am also in charge of creating a vibrant team culture where each team member feels appreciated and grows in their role.
I have a Master’s Degree in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from IESEG School of Management, France. Although I am originally from France, I consider Cambodia my home now. I have spent my full professional life here in this beautiful country that I care deeply about!

- Learning about how entrepreneurial initiatives can support the conservation and regeneration of our natural ecosystems.
- Listening and sharing stories of impact makers that we have supported over the years
- And finally… I love trail running in nature across Asia, it’s a great way to recharge!
