A BIT ABOUT ME 🚴
Hello, I’m Lyhour! I specialize in program management, mentoring, and facilitation. I bring extensive experience in event management, entrepreneurship program design, and facilitation, having worked with a diverse range of entrepreneurs through over 10 entrepreneurship programs at Impact Hub Phnom Penh.
I started my career working in peace-building and non-violent communication. I’ve brought this approach into how we support entrepreneurs. I love providing hands-on support in areas like digital marketing and business strategy, but at a deeper level, I also want to make sure entrepreneurs have the teams, well-being, and community they need to thrive.
In my current role, my mission is to deeply listen to the stories and challenges of entrepreneurs, and translate those experiences into better tools, programs, and policies in Cambodia’s startup ecosystem. I also provide frequent coaching, hands-on consultancy support, and training through our entrepreneur support programs.
