Catalyzing the entrepreneurship ecosystem in Cambodia
When Impact Hub Phnom Penh was founded in 2015, we were one of the first entrepreneurship support organizations in Cambodia. In the years since, we have been at the forefront of building a vibrant social innovation landscape. Along the way, we have built deep expertise in how to scale promising solutions and support diverse impact makers.

Planting the seeds for a new generation of impact
Inspiring Young Changemakers
We’ve introduced young people to entrepreneurship and social impact pathways through our youth leadership development programs and through our free online learning platform in Khmer and English.
Learning & Education
Through our Unipreneur Learning Platform, we have trained 41 teachers across 10 universities and engaged 1,460 students in our blended learning course on entrepreneurship, which is endorsed by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Post and Telecommunication.
A Ripple Effect
Programs such as Changemakers have built the capacities of youth leaders to continue driving change within their communities after the end of our program. Through Phum Impact Battambang, we helped establish a grassroots organization to scale the Impact Hub methodology to a new part of Cambodia.
Exchanging Tools & Perspectives
We have published resources and led training-of-trainer programs on designing effective entrepreneurship support programs for organizations locally and across the region. We’re proud to learn from and contribute best practices across the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Ecosystem Development
We have strong partnerships with numerous Ministries, government entrepreneurship centers, and private sector entities. We have convened cross-sector dialogues around entrepreneurship development in Cambodia and partnered on incubation and acceleration programs.
New Frontiers
Our media4impact pillar is one of the only efforts in Cambodia to support and amplify online content creators as drivers for positive social impact. The media entrepreneurs we’ve supported have reached millions through their content on gender equality, climate action, and more.
