A BIT ABOUT ME 🌱

Hello, thank you for reading this! I’m Thiny. My mission is to strengthen data-driven financial leadership, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, adaptability, and collaboration. As part of the Impact Hub Phnom Penh team, I oversee the financial activities and build finance functions while providing financial strategy, support, and execution to ensure sustainable growth and long-term value. 

This mission would not have happened without a long journey (and it’s not over yet!). In my early first decade of professional experience, I gained expertise in end-to-end accounting, financial management and reporting, budgeting, cash flow forecasting, building accounting systems from scratch, finance policies to ensure compliance. I have been with Impact Hub Phnom Penh since its early days. The best part of the journey so far has been setting up my caring, young and professional finance department.

• Creating financial models and analysis for decision-making
• Designing financial tools and automation processes to make life of finance staff easier
• Trying to bring back my cooking habits so that I can get to eat homemade, yummy foods made by myself
