Background
Prosob Festival is a dynamic event gathering content creators, influencers, and media experts to share knowledge, experiences, and foster collaboration within the media ecosystem. The event aims to build a vibrant media community that can learn from one another while amplifying impact through strategic partnerships.
Objective
The Media Ecosystem Expert will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and engaging external speakers, trainers, and participants for the Prosob Festival. This role ensures the selection of high-quality, relevant stakeholders and develops partnerships that enhance the festival’s objectives and reach.

Key Responsibilities
The Media Ecosystem Expert will undertake the following key responsibilities:
Scouting & Sourcing
- Identify and invite relevant external speakers, trainers, and participants within the media ecosystem to participate in the event.
- Ensure all stakeholders align with the objectives of Prosob Festival, focusing on diversity, innovation, and relevance in content creation.
Quality Control
- Ensure high-quality delivery of content by speakers and trainers.
- Align all sessions and discussions with the program objectives, maintaining relevance to the media landscape.
Strategy Partnership Development
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key media organizations, platforms, and influencers to amplify the impact of the program and events.
- Engage with potential sponsors and media partners to enhance visibility and resources.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaise with the event planning team to ensure seamless coordination of participants and speakers.
- Provide input to shape the agenda and content based on insights from sourced participants and partners.
Monitoring and Reporting
- Report on the progress of speaker and participant recruitment, strategic partnerships, and potential risks or challenges.
- Contribute to post-event reporting, identifying successes and areas for improvement.
Deliverables
- List of confirmed speakers, trainers, and participants with clear alignment to event objectives.
- Signed strategic partnership agreements with relevant media organizations or platforms.
Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience in media and content creation ecosystems, event management, or speaker curation.
Network: Strong connections within the media industry, with a focus on content creators, influencers, and organizations.
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and partnership-building skills.
Knowledge: Familiarity with emerging trends in digital media, content creation, and event curation.

Flexible working hours – you can either work in the early morning (9 am to 6 pm) or start a bit later from 11 am to 8 pm. We acknowledge that different people have different productive times.

- Relevant experience in the media ecosystem and event curation (40%)
- Quality of network and partnerships within the media landscape (40%)
- Financial proposal (20%)
