Prosob Festival is an annual event gathering content creators, influencers, and media professionals to collaborate, share knowledge, and foster connections. The Community Activation Event Series, part of the broader initiative, focuses on capacity building for creators and journalists, encouraging collaboration and innovation within the media landscape.
Objective
The Consultant Graphic/Illustration Support Expert will contribute to both the Prosob Festival and Community Activation Event Series by offering tailored graphic design and illustration services. This role will involve mentoring participants, collaborating on content creation, and creating a cohesive brand identity for Prosob Festival, ensuring an engaging visitor experience.

Key Responsibilities
The consultant will be responsible for the following key missions:
Graphic/Illustration Mentorship and Collaboration
- Provide 1-on-1 mentoring and support to participants of the Community Activation Event Series.
- Collaborate with content creators and journalists, offering hands-on graphic/illustration support during workshops or mentoring sessions.
- Assist participants in improving their visual content, aligning with the program’s objectives of capacity building and fostering collaboration.
Brand Identity for Prosob Festival
- Design a unique and impactful brand identity for Prosob Festival 2024 and 2025.
- Ensure the branding reflects the festival’s vision and values, enhancing the work of exhibitors and participants while creating a smooth and visually appealing visitor experience.
- Develop all branding materials, including logos, banners, digital assets, and signage for the festival.
Event Design & Execution Support
- Actively participate in the design and execution of the Prosob Festival and Community Activation Event Series.
- Contribute to the visual layout of the events, ensuring consistency in branding across all materials and spaces.
- Collaborate with the event team to create visual materials, enhancing the overall event experience and communication.
Deliverables
- Tailored graphic/illustration support provided to participants during the Community Activation Event Series.
- Comprehensive brand identity package for Prosob Festival 2024 and 2025, including logos, digital assets, and event signage.
- Participation in event execution, with visual assets aligned with the program’s objectives and branding.
Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience in graphic design and illustration, with a focus on event branding and content creation.
Skills: Expertise in mentoring and collaborating with content creators, with strong design skills in both print and digital media.
Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in event branding, graphic design, and illustration.
Knowledge: Understanding of current trends in design and illustration, particularly within the media and content creation sectors.
