As a result we are highly flexible, accommodating, and nurture a culture of listening to others and discussing solutions to problems that we see together. We “work like a startup”, and seek to break away from traditional structures to build the best team to work for in Cambodia!

Our office is located in central BKK1 and we have a beautiful and inspiring environment.

Each year we hold a big annual retreat in January, and quarterly mini-retreats throughout the year where we can check in on strategy, wellbeing, finances, and our impact, to ensure we’re on track. Every team members’ opinion is valued and heard. Our last retreat in January was in Koh Dach!
