ACCOUNTANT & OFFICE MANAGER


About the role:


We are looking for someone to take on financial, administration and logistical management at Impact Hub. You will have at least 2 years of previous work experience. The accounting part of the role will take about 40% of your time and admin management & logistics 60% of your time. You must be able to work independently in a busy, complex and exciting environment. We are looking for someone highly committed in their work, who is well-organised, detail-focused and a strong decision maker.


Responsibilities


Accounting:

  • Preparing monthly tax, VAT return and Payroll report and submitting these to the relevant tax offices.
  • Management of petty cash – making payments and receiving sales.
  • Posting of expenses in QuickBooks.
  • Preparing all membership invoices.
  • Tracking debtors and sending reminder emails to debtors.
  • Corresponding with the tax officers and completing relevant tax and company registration documents.
  • Preparing other reports as required.

    Administration:

    Proactive management of all administration and operations to ensure the office is administered efficiently. This includes:
  • Ensuring the office is administered efficiently; management of the cleaner, maintenance and guard; managing stock; management of membership documents; managing suppliers.

  • Logistics:

    Proactive management of all logistics to ensure the office operates efficiently. This includes:
  • Ensuring the office operates efficiently; ordering water; preparing and implementing checklists for office operations, purchasing all supplies for office; keep the office clean during working hours; ensuring the kitchen is tidy and coffee is available.

  • Members support:

    Provide administrative support to members of Impact Hub. This includes:
  • Supporting room bookings, printing, understanding their membership invoices.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

  • Your profile:

  • You have at least 2 years in an accounting AND office management role
  • You have experience in completing tax documents and filing at the tax office
  • You have experience using QuickBooks and Excel
  • You are resourceful, detail-oriented and proactive
  • You are very well-organized and take pride in your work
  • You can work independently, are good at problem solving and make good decisions
  • You are a Khmer national with good English language skills

  • Good to have:

  • Experience in analysing financial reports
  • Experience working in a busy, complex environment, with a wide variety of people

    Remuneration : Dependent on experience
